In pursuit of our grand vision of building a new IP ecosystem, we aim to grow in two major phases, adhering to the best practices of startup management. 新しいIPエコシステムを築くという壮大なビジョンを達成可能なものにすべく、スタートアップ経営の正攻法に則り大きく2つのフェーズでグロースを目指します。

PHASE1 : Solidifying Unit Economics with Product-Market Fit (PMF)

We aim to establish unit economics and verify Product-Market Fit (PMF) within a singular project, YuiYuni. 単一のプロジェクト（YuiYuni）でのユニットエコノミクスの確立とPMFの検証を目指します。

Before making substantial investments and pursuing rapid growth, our primary objective is to ensure a sound economic structure within this singular project and to generate the requisite demand. 大規模な投資を行い急加速的にグロースをさせる前に、まずは単一のプロジェクトできちんとエコノミクスが成り立つこと、そしてそれに足る需要を生み出すことができることを目指します。

In PHASE1, we will conduct various hypothesis tests, including smaller ones. We start small, embracing myriad challenges, gauging market responses. そのためにPHASE1では小さいものも含め様々な仮説検証を実施します。

PHASE2 : Rapid growth through substantial investment

Once we experience PMF with a single project and establish unit economics, we will pursue substantial investments, including additional funding from VCs, aiming for rapid growth by scaling the same model horizontally. 単一のプロジェクトでPMFを実感しユニットエコノミクスが確立できたタイミングで、VCからの追加資金調達も含めた大規模な投資を行い、同モデルを横展開することで急加速的にグロースを目指します。

In this PHASE, we won't limit ourselves to our unique projects. We'll focus on speed and aim to expand the ecosystem through various means, including projects that borrow from already famous IPs, acquiring existing projects, and investing in new projects. このPHASEでは独自のプロジェクトのみならず、既に著名なIPを借りたプロジェクトや、既存プロジェクトの買収、新規プロジェクトへの出資参画など、あらゆる手段でスピードに焦点を当てエコシステムの拡大を目指していきます。
